Michigan at Boston University

without comments

The Boston University Terriers defeated the University of Michigan Wolverines 3-2 on Saturday, October 24, 2009 at Agganis Arena in Boston, Massachusetts. Michigan came back midway through the third period after getting behind 2-0 first on an error by Kieran Millan on a shot by Robbie Czarnik and then tying up on a Matt Rust shot. With less than 3 minutes to go, Joe Pereira took advantage of Bryan Hogan’s ‘absence’ to score the gamewinner.

Much more importantly on Saturday – Leigh Tiffin kicked for four successful field goals and Terrence Cody blocked TWO field goal attempts by the Tennessee Volunteers to keep the Alabama Crimson Tide perfect. Yes!!

I would like to thank the salesperson who insisted on the DVR option which allowed me to watch the game once I got home from hockey.
